So why -do- we still do this whole DST thing anyhow? What happened to working on discontinuing it? Nobody likes it. The days the clock changes are the ones with the highest rates of heart attack and car accidents. It benefits nobody, and we're still sitting on it for some reason.

Do not be a doomer about this. Just call your New York friends and remind them to vote, and tell them to do the same. He is more popular and will win with good turnout.
