Ottawa is reporting an uptick in discarded needles found across the city, according to a Capital Current analysis of City of Ottawa data.
Capital Current's Yanjano Banda and Audrey Pridham report on the rise in discarded needles across Ottawa. Ottawa Public Health's Needle Hunter program is collecting thousands across the city, while residents warn of safety risks in public spaces.
