ive understood for a while now that people are different from me (no matter how obvious that statement is) and i think im only now realising what it truly means to accept that. im still learning how to make peace with it and not let it frustrate me though.

there's no such thing as 'this is just how i think'... like ofc change is difficult but its not impossible especially if u want to improve...

i think im at that stage in my life where my "identity" believes in possibilities... where i dont let myself stay in a box of "that cant be me" or "i cant do that" or "it's just how i think" bc i believe that you can always change your mindset, you can always change your habits

i think its annoying when the struggling ends later on bc they finally discover what ive been telling them the whole time
.. but ik at this age my energy is best spent celebrating than feeling annoyed that it couldnt be achieved earlier

i always try to understand bc when i understand it becomes less frustrating but sometimes that backfires bc no matter how hard i try i can't understand and i become more frustrated 🫩😮‍💨 that is when i realise i should just give up for my own sake

ive always found it very frustrating when someone is struggling over something and i have the solution they're looking for... i always try to suggest things or point them towards resources that could help them but they don't use it and continue to struggle
