Noch ein paar Worte zur Abschaffung des #Amtsermittlungsgrundsatz, den CDU, CSU und SPD im Asylprozess planen, denn hier wird massiv am Rechtsstaatsprinzip gesägt.

1. Dieser Grundsatz besagt, dass Behörden und auch Gerichte von sich aus alles wesentliche zu einem Sachverhalt ermitteln müssen.

The idea that the tech bubble are inherently progressive?A comforting illusion. Tech follows power—not ethics, not democracy, and definitely not some utopian “free market” ideal. So far so good (even though I'm sure the German startup bubble wouldn't agree with me on these things for the most part.)
