I feel incredibly fortunate to launch a dream job as a 1st-year postdoc! Having been on the market twice, I have had successes, setbacks, difficult decisions, and reflections that I hope to share at some point. I am also happy to chat with folks thinking about similar paths.

My lab will focus on stress and affective psychopathology across the lifespan, particularly examining the roles of emotion and emotion regulation.

I am thrilled to announce that, starting in July 2026, I will join the Department of Psychology at Harvard University as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in the Clinical area! It really feels like a dream come true. I can’t wait to build my lab in such an incredible department.

I have had a truly amazing experience here and cannot recommend this postdoc more!
