I think the cooling water from servers technically can heat pools - typical pool temps are like 25-27°C and computer chips run tens of degrees hotter. You'd use a heat exchanger not swim directly in it. Location, and the fact that a pool doesn't need 100s of MW of heat, are not helping though...
