If what you’re talking about is an empty jump into command grab

No this is different. You can cancel a jump input with a special input. Previously the game would make you slightly airborne for a few frames which rendered you out of normal grab range but you’d immediately go into your special input as if you never left the ground

Jump cancelling into specials (such as Jump > Spinning Piledriver) is no longer invincible against normal grabs from the opponent.
