000 started in 1961 under the PMG as a fully government owned service. When Telecom was split off in 1975 and eventually privatised by Howard, it was solely responsible under a Community Service Obligation. Optus et. al. avoided the CSO for years, and it appears dont really care much about it.

Another one of those hi-vis jackets just floating along in the air.

The look on poor old Derek's face when his creepy old man move was slapped down in the politest way possible. And I almost thought the curse had been broken. The finale was most definitely a theatrical one. So much of David Gilmour and Roger Waters in the characterisations.

Trying to make sure I don't spoil it for others. I'm glad I managed to avoid all but the biggest of them. A slow first 20 minutes, but then moved closer to 11 as it went along. Enough LOL moments to make it worth the price of admission. Lots of call-backs to the first movie.

Going to see it tonight. I'm hoping for the best, but ... sequels.

I love it when celebrities take time to chat with kids, and especially when they go out of their way to make the day of kids. It's way better when it's done with no media there, Snoop Dogg, Ozzy, Paul McCartney and others. It warms the heart of this old cynic.
