They thought it must just be a weird tree with a bad disease from the bugs. So they tried another tree and it was also blood. They tried the next tree and it dripped with crimson blood. When they got home no one believed them about the blood forest. ASTER: Chilling, definitely. Though I'm not sure it would look any different were it a pure fabrication.
