CCTV shows pupils abused and locked in padded room Police have said staff will not face action over abuse of autistic children shown in videos leaked to the BBC.

This is beyond comprehension. Children tortured and kept in cages in our schools. It's the extreme end of a system that puts pupils with ADHD in detention for talking in class or in seclusion for the wrong haircut. Care and compassion needs to be back in the narrative.

They can Catherine. The building or classroom is not the be-all-and-end-all. There are outdoor, virtual, home and other settings which on their own or in a mix can provide a better, safer education than a classroom. But they do need be engaged so any project that can do that is worthy of applause.

No surprise here + don't get me started on acronyms/abbreviations used in reports, assessments + meetings.
