I know one published and maybe the original source is the 1928 Book of Common Prayer of the Episcopal Church. It is also included in the 1979 BCP. Although white nationalists and others have published the prayer, it is a normative prayer among Episcopalians and other middling Protestants.

Thanks for reminding me about the Tripods trilogy. I bought a copy at Half Price Books yesterday and read most of it last night. I wanted to revisit my 9 year old self to see why I was fascinated with these books.
