Desperately needing the upcoming long weekend. I need to decompress, turn off my brain, and not be needed/fix things.

Anyone else just not good at celebrating? Big presentation, like massive, went well today and I should be on cloud 9. Instead I'm like, cool that's done, now what needs my attention.

A fellow and I were chatting in an elevator ride. Said he was having a day and I said I could relate. He looked at my squishmallow strapped to one bag and asked if r problem was child related.

Laughed and told him "oh no, I'm the child in that case."

Finally finished a hybrid embroidery and crochet project. I actually have a series of jellyfish to completed and then edged with crochet loops to tension mount onto a larger inner embroidery hoop.

Any chance I'll see some familiar faces at PAGE next week? Going for work and would be great to catch up!
