Seeing people I know getting engaged and married only solidifies how much I know I NEVER want to be married again.

It's not a matter of getting a "right" one to experience. The process of possibly getting out of one again isn't worth it for me.

A partner, yes. A husband, hell no.

I was at that point as well. I just didn't have the energy to read MOAR. Decided to read a book on the flights instead of watching videos and it worked. I'm going to try and do that more. Instead of defaulting to screen try paper first on days I'm not in front of 3-5 screens.

Honestly, same... It's kinda surprising.

I haven't read a multi hundred page book in a matter of hours in a very long time. I honestly felt like I lost that ability a few years ago.

Here's to 500+ pages in about 5 hours.

Also, not sharing what book because it's part of series. I want to see how it plays out without someone spoiling it.

It makes a huge difference. I even was tromping around in wedge heels all day.

Ok so this year the new must have items for con travel:
Moleskin tape. Put over the likely to get blisters zones
Alcohol wipes
Blister bandages
And vacuum travel bags with mini vacuum. Pack an outfit per bag.
Steel water bottle
These are going to be my absolute go tos every single time

My Lyft driver put on moody Adele music for the ride. Sir, how very dare! But also not wrong.

Really didn't want to leave today.

This is probably the most productive con I've been to in a while, and that's saying A LOT!
