Judge Again Blocks Guard Deployment as Trump Expands His Targets

In four years we went from every far-right nut saying the federal government should just shut down so states can do everything to the exact same nuts saying that federal law enforcement is so incapable of taking care of itself that states must protect them around the clock or else it is insurrection

Almost every one of these civilians will sue. And almost every one will win—as no thought was put behind the abuse of them by this government. The litigation will stretch from coast to coast and extend decades. Folks do not realize the mountain of lawsuits coming. It could paralyze our legal system.

Do people realize that Trump and Miller are creating so many valid civil causes of action that taxpayers will be paying billions of dollars—if not tens of billions—to their innocent victims and their families over the next 25 years?

America will be digging itself out of a hole for decades to come.

We are now getting very close to him committing Treason. Saying that you are going to end rule of law in America if a judge does not rule your way is a threat against the U.S. as serious as any foreign incursion—and indeed would be considerably more ruinous to the nation he swore an oath to protect.
