I find it really disheartening that here in the Uk you can not see the same midwife throughout your pregnancy.

I think is something that needs to be improved. The lack of continuity of care is important for both patients and clinicians.

That’s what they are doing already by pushing staff to lower paid positions with experience, adding to the domestic students bearing all the costs - so not cost effective for those who are investing if they stay in the NHS - poor long term strategy from Governments - but nobody seems to care!
