1/2 Reminder - the RCN Foundation Amin Abdullah Grant closes at 5pm on Friday.
Vanessa received funding to develop a Well-being Day for internationally educated nurse (IEN) preceptees who have recently transitioned to being a UK registered nurse.
2/2 The Fellowship will support early career nursing/midwifery researchers to make the transition from a practice-based nurse, midwife or lecturer to early career researcher.

1/2 In 2023 DKMS generously donated £30K to create a 3-year education grant for UK nurses working in or wishing to study oncology and haematology.
Since then, we’ve awarded 18 grants to nurses wishing to further their knowledge and continue the fight against blood cancer and blood disorders.
3/3 As Professor Charlotte McArdle put it, nurses make up 2% of the population in England - that’s a huge voice that can make an undoubted difference.
