Great to see others corroborate the finding that CRISPR-Cas9 mediated DSBs can lead to chromosomal aberrations (tinyurl.com/yp2b9s7m).

I always thought these findings weren’t meant to cause panic, but rather spur innovative solutions. Interesting to see pifithrin-a treatment do just that!
