Happy Solstice to planet Earth and all its residents. For the next half year, daylight gets longer north of the Equator and shorter south of the Equator.

Confirming that yes, contrary to what many people think, days get **longer** in the Winter and **shorter** in the Summer.

I think it’s just because it was 30 minutes until 12/20 but don’t quote me on it

I made the choice to send the first ~3 chapters of the book I’m writing to my friends yesterday, which was super scary but I’m so happy to share what I’ve written with the people I love!

(Did the chapter I send them end on a cliffhanger with the protagonist’s death? Yes. I will not elaborate)

Should I start posting here about writing? I feel like I need to start posting something but I don’t know what 😅
