02.08.2025 15:48 โ ๐ 5 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0As a side-effect, this is actively encouraging becoming the "I'll know it when I see it" kind of client when it comes down to dealing with actual people further down the line. Ughghghghghhh

02.08.2025 09:13 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0A digital painting of a partially geometric wagtail holding a cornflower in cyberspace. It's perched on the branch of a twisty, delicate tree.
A little something from a while ago - a wagtail in Netrunner style for a lovely couple.

30.07.2025 12:36 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0For some reason gen AI loves adding absurd amount of wrinkles.

26.07.2025 00:46 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0A painting of Liliana from Magic: The Gathering on the back of a MTG artist proof card. She's holding a dark spell and looking at the viewer seductively (as is tradition when holding dark spells). The background behind her is dark except for a lot of bright pink accents that look an awful lot like eyes.
The same painting but tilted to the side to show the shiny effects (with mixed results).
Liliana is done! Used fluorescent pinks for the fluorescent pink parts and golds for the gold parts and some interference purples for the very obvious magic and the very subtle markings on her skin.
Done in acrylics - the pencil wasn't involved in any way, I just realized it's great for scale. ๐จ

It's gorgeous! The transition from the flames to the patterns is extremely elegant, and I'm in love with the colors. It's just so rich in things to soak in
25.07.2025 22:44 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's so beautiful! Made all the more so by the wonderful framing of the shot
25.07.2025 21:50 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I suspect it's photobashing falling victim to AI polluting stock image sites. The house is fine, but the cross on the priest has _those_ sorts of patterns. Suppose this highlights yet another very unfortunate effect of the prevalence of gen AI and how it harms artists.

25.07.2025 12:47 โ ๐ 6 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0A photo of a white fluffy cat sunbathing in a big window, with sheer curtains in front of him.
It's a mere 27C indoors, so as soon as the sun started coming in through the big windows Bucha went to finally get some warmth in this frozen tundra.
