It's beautiful! It's got that feeling of a captured moment that you can just sit and absorb. The teensy tiny droplets are such a perfect touch

Ooh a plot twist!

I was thinking further about the smaller circles and how the mid point looks to be a bit offset... Do you think it's possible that they used rope with a weight in the process? You can specify the length and keep it consistent throughout, and some slack would produce offsets.

Right! The reason I started at the top was to divide the space evenly - those first circles wouldn't show up as such.

What a delicious palette! It makes them look so light, like they're really moving 💖

I hope this is legible! And no, I don't aspire to know what I'm talking about; the repeating pattern of the arch marked in yellow just caught my eye.

So I was thinking, working from the top might work for this one? To copy the yellow arch one might draw one side on something, and reuse that shape like copying any sketch. It does follow the edge of a very large circle.
The position of the small circles is also defined by the arches.

All the bioluminescence is so beautiful! The kind of scene that makes you want to look at it for a while and really absorb the atmosphere.

I see! It's an interesting riddle. To be sure that I understand it - you're trying to figure out how the position of the bigger circles (marked in blue) is chosen, right?

Is it possible that some offsetting happens because of accounting for depth (knowing that the structure will be seen from below) on purpose; or, alternatively, because of reproducing the schematics? The Alamy image, for instance, is distorted.

Those become a lot more available after Halloween, when the office decorations have been taken down.

It's a good practice to store text info relevant to artwork in a document in the same folder as the artwork.
I've got lots of little snippets stored like that, sometimes just notes to self about the meaning of this or the number of moths in that. Easy to find!

I don't understand the appeal at all. If I am to sift through a pile of info that needs to be checked for accuracy and additional details, a regular search engine works fine - and in fact worked much better before the need to weed out the AI bs came about. At least I can verify the sources faster.
