After Feker joined ACH as a resident, he began receiving Employability support. We mapped out a plan: strengthen his English, gain qualifications, get a job, build a pathway to independence.

Winning a race is one thing - doing it while overcoming challenges is another. Kidanemariam, an #ACH tenant, won 1st place in the 5K Running Festival, showing incredible resilience. Despite his own struggles, he ran in support of B'ham Children's Hospital. We applaud his kindness. #RethinkingRefugee
