That's awesome! Dreams are an amazing tool for creativity! Once, I had a character walk up to me...introduce herself...then tell me she's gonna die. I had no intention of killing her, so I didn't believe her. As it turned out, I never finished that book. In a sense, she was telling the truth!

If you don't remember your dreams, you could try: setting the intention to remember your dreams - writing in a dream journal every morning - waking yourself up a couple times throughout the night - and, when you wake up in the morning stay in the same position and relax into remembering. #dreamwork

Thanks! I haven't heard of those - adding them to my list. A couple more I love are Robert McKee's "Story," Martha Alderson's "Plot Whisperer," and like most others, I loved King's "On Writing" and Gilbert's "Big Magic." I'm currently working through Lisa Cron's "Story Genius," and like it a lot.

How many books do you read at the same time? I'm reading one in the genre I'm writing, a fiction for fun, one for spiritual growth, one on craft, & one for book club. 5. Perhaps, this is why it takes me forever to finish anything! "Let's Pretend This Never Happened," by Jenny Lawson is HILARIOUS👏💓🔥
