Yeah so I have screwed up my hit & run platinum run. Somehow I made a save state which temporarily put me in softcore mode, but when I deleted it it put me back in hardcore.

Now I have to decide if I’m happy with not having it 100% hardcore, or doing it all again 🫠

I go to the gym now… no seriously! As someone who has never really taken it seriously, I’m quite happy with what I did today.

Slow and steady for me with it building up as I go.

I was using couch to 5k to guide me on the treadmill and will keep doing so.
