Agree, saturated with young (experience-wise) folks and lack of demand has further put out entry to 'Cyber' opportunities. Also, specialized roles are still getting stretched into the 'Jack-of-all' space with more and more being required from both a knowledge/skill standpoint and experience.

I love this, it's got me thinking of intentionality and steering away from being stretched in every direction. Instead, intentionally choosing to deeply focus on each area individually, rather than reactively trying to be everywhere at once. Also freeing up those "focus" blocks by limiting meetings.
