It encouraging to see voices in public view finally starting to realize our elections are in jeopardy. Unfortunately, the current regime is using tax dollars and military power unlawfully with zero consequences. I’m pretty sure we are fucked in a way no people have been fucked in human history.

It’s a feature.

Calls to vote are assuming we will be allowed to have meaningfully elections again. We need to be having a conversation as a nation about what to do when our elections are made meaningless or taken away.

Because that is absolutely coming.

Anyone who is talking about changing American hegemony with an election is deceiving themselves. America is now a police state. This is enforced by the most powerful martial force in human history.

I’m trying to recall another people in history as doomed as Americans right now. There isn’t one.

Cruel enough for Americans to respond to ICE raids with the vigor necessary to declare martial law and for them to suspend elections. Which is their goal.

It will be more than hardships. There will be a day in the future when the American people, already at war with this regime, will be the victims of a nuclear weapon at the hands of their own government. Having brought war to this regime, they will have no means to escalate. Yes, they dare that much.

We are livestock to them. They will be completely unconcerned with the deaths of our children and ourselves simply to gain a modest political advantage. They are flirting with civil war and frankly, hoping for it. It is a civil war the American people will lose. Millions will die. They won’t care.

I am thankful for this information and I am humbled by the breadth of your awareness of this political landscape. That being said. . .man, that’s fucking depressing.

This is nothing. The traitor will outright attack Americans no later than late 2028, probably within the year. The goal is to spur a violent response from Americans to justify martial law and the suspension of elections. The current cruelties are aggravation to that end.

If your plan is to aggravate Americans with the intention of attacking them next year with their own troops to spur a violent reaction for the purpose of declaring martial law in response and using that as an excuse to suspend elections indefinitely, it makes a lot of sense.

Personally, I’m just waiting for the rest of America to realize that the only way we get to have a federal election that means anything ever again is by going to war.

History informs us that this crisis ends in a war the American people cannot win. We, as a nation, are doomed to oppression and exploitation more assuredly than any people in human history.

Senator, you need to recognize what’s NOT coming: meaningful elections. Our leaders need to be leading a conversation about what we will do as a nation when these fascists try to take our elections away. Because that is absolutely coming.

Whoever is the next Democratic president will probably be more focused on the Second Reconstruction and preventing us from a post-Second Civil War invasion by foreign opportunists. . .because we aren’t getting our country back by voting.

To rule forever, they need to suspend our elections indefinitely.

To suspend our elections, they need cause to declare martial law.

To declare martial law, they need a semblance of violent chaos by some “other”.

To create this “other”, they have to aggravate Americans sufficiently.

Small arms.

Our lawmakers were following the laws of our nation, because we were a nation of laws then. The traitor was never convicted of insurrection or sedition. Without that qualifier, no member of Congress had any reason or privilege permitting them to simply overrule the will of the people.

You express sympathy as if what you’re saying is a foregone truth, and you provide no proof. Thats something adolescents do.

It’s just demoralizing to me that we are nine months into a fascist regime, the head crooks have broken constitutional law every day, they’ve shown the depths of their ruthlessness and yet no one in congress is discussing what happens when these bastards stop us from having meaningful elections.

Cool story. When do we accept elections are never happening again and start fighting to get our country back?

I’m glad to see more voices finally starting to see where we are on the map. Honestly, I think the truth is just too frightening for most Americans. And it should be frightening because history teaches us the next step. And it’s going to go badly, if we pull it off at all.

His popularity does not matter for two reasons:
- The traitor is no longer the problem. The crooks who he brought with him are the problem: Bessent, Vought, Noem, Bondi, Miller.
- We are post-democratic. If you think we are having another election that means anything, you need to check your math.

LOL midterm elections. As if these fascist criminals are going to allow that to happen. We are not where most Americans think we are on the map.

The outrage we feel is why they’re doing it. I’m not even sure they care about immigrants. They just want to aggravate Americans so that when they attack American cities next year, they get a robust response that justifies declaring martial law and suspending elections indefinitely. Thats the goal.

Although there is no way he would recognize the odor, it is 100% certain that Zelenskyy has smelled Putin’s d*ck on Trump’s breath when they spoke.

It’s a belt-and-suspenders tactic: they are doing this in case they can’t get outright suspension of elections achieved. But we really should be having a conversation about what to do when they try to pollute or take away our elections. Because that is 100% coming.
