Comically bad defending.

I'm speechless.

I suppose so, but I don't know what tactics will get more offense out of a team missing a midfield that can pass and a world class attacker/creator like Son or Kane or Madison.

It's been dispiriting to discuss managers ever since Poch got the sack for not being able to get more out of a thin and exhausted lineup. Question tactics all you want, but without a deep and healthy squad there will be a new manager to complain about before you know it.

This future is closer than it should be. Scary!

Not as angry now, but the level play was really bad and reinforced my view that Frank does not have the players fully on board yet. Defense is shaky and the offense a shadow of last season. The injuries are part of the problem for sure. Not giving up hope yet but glad of another break this month.

Good overview of the mess at @chicagostars.com I hope the move back to the city will be joined with spending on players. Mal Swanson's return can't be what we hang all our hopes on.

It’s high past time to belatedly recognize her prescient warnings on what Silicon Valley was and what it would become. She was there, she saw it, and no one has any excuse.

I wonder if he would have rotated the lineup more with the depth we have this season. So frustrating to see almost the same lineup three games in a row with more talent available.

Not being from the UK I don't know the history of Spur/Forest rivalry. I still feel (and this may change as the season goes on) that Ange would have done as well this season with Spurs as Frank. I have mixed feelings on this move as I see the Forest mess as a big risk to his reputation.

Yes, top 10 would be amazing. A lot will have to go our way for thatto happen. Just too many other teams built better than we are right now.

My optimism is limited to 'I believe we'll stay up.' Also, unlike last year, I don't see any trophies on the horizon.

So glad we got a new manager to move us up three places in one season. Even before Madder's injury I was not even this optimistic. I will be very happy to be proved wrong, but I think Opta is going to be close to right on us.

I know the feeling. My 17yo just drove 90 minutes to spend the weekend with college friend and it felt like a new level had been reached. They have a ways to go to reach your daughter's level but it always nice to see the growth and increasing maturity no matter what the age.

I'm saving it for next season. I'll watch it instead of the actual game each match day. I want to keep that feeling going as long as I can and the only way I can do that is ignore 25/26.

I love "Hot Take Industrial Complex"! I have felt for some time that toxic football fans feed off the toxic football media and the even more toxic podcasts. I like my football with out Fox News type coverage. Thanks MiB for trying to not be part of it.

Could not agree more with this assessment of what was done to Ange by the media "experts" and podcaster punditry. A big reason why I avoid supporting any of them. The saner #coys voices on here are all that made this a season to celebrate.

I can think of a few instances next season it might be extremely appropriate. Not wishing bad things for Frank, but we are dealing with the Spurs after all.
