plus my bedroom is a mess and i cant even clean it cause of my back problems

i had to go to urgent care for my back problems, not only that i had to get medicine and leave work early (less money in my pockets)
a guy i was talking to disabled his account just to ghost me
and someone tried to start drama with me and pulled the victim card 💀

i think im mentally not doing okay but i literally have no clue
