Mark Racky (Montrose Daily Press) did a great service by reminding us of the many (useless) Farmer’s Almanac weather forecast rules in his opinion. Truth is, weather forecasts have steadily improved about a day per decade: a five-day forecast today is as good as a four-day forecast ten years ago.
