The guy was not resisting, but been tugged by multiple ICE every which way, then suddenly thrown to the ground. Physically assaulted by ICE Gestapo. ASSAULT is a CRIME in EVERY STATE for which there's NO FED PARDON. Is Federalism dead? Why aren't local authorities arresting the ICE criminals?
