And one final thought: Ozzy going out after giving an emotional final performance that raised a ton of money for charity is more spiritually uplifting and did more genuine good than anything any televangelist and religious grifter who railed against him ever did combined.

I pulled together the initial reactions on FB from the other three Sabbath members for a post elsewhere, and read as a whole...damn, you just feel it all over again.

All legit mainstream media should stand up and not attend as well, in solidarity.

I think one way Enspiral works is a group of people decide they want to work together (could be 5 people in 5 countries) they come to an overall agreement and make it happen, sharing revenue. Every path has its challenges, tho to your original point, working w/ people you like & want to work with

And of course, there’s no way to raise money on that, so it would need to take paying customers. Or, the team working to build something others would buy. And all the team paid openly and equally.

If you look at Enspiral there are some things there that could offer a direction.

Starting small is great. I’ve built a few small companies over time. What would the smallest number of creators would it take to build a game? Could 3-5 people make it work? Personally, I’d not make it a co-op, loaded word. I’d also not create a legal entity but an openly written digital agreement.

was walking around running errands with my wife yesterday afternoon and four things stood out.

1. single lane roads were louder here than EU

2. loads of motorists w/ phones in faces

3. heavily tinted windows everywhere (WA is not AZ)

4. drivers did not yield for pedestrians in crosswalks

I think there is no one single answer. A top down strike is a good path lever. New democratic business entities are other levers. New ideas into action will creative positive social impact & change, from neighborhoods to nations

A sustained general strike could help. I think AI and Corp greed is going to shed a massive amount of jobs in the next few years. If out of that new startup business models cooperatives, collectives & beyond are built & take hold, that might cause a shift. Hard to fight power, greed & complacency.

The triple threat of bad gov, AI & corporate greed likely can only be changed from the bottom up. We the people do have the power, but we really have to build the new things.

Positive social impact meets growing new companies w/ good margins where people can earn a fair & equally paid living & do transparent good in the world too.
