In 2018, the USDA had to scramble to pay February benefits early to stop people from going hungry. Now in 2025, they're warning that millions may not get November benefits at all. We're talking about families who rely on $6 a day for food... being told there's "no funding"... while billionaires get tax breaks and ICE burns through millions on tear gas.
