For folks that have tried both codex (5.3-codex) and claude, what are your thoughts? I've been using codex with some success, but it seems very limited compared to the subagent and plugin capability that claude has.

I would check in every while to see where it was at, suggest improvements to either its code, or update skill rules. Its final implementation should numerically match, but still unimpressive wrt speed

Any local attn model that operates on genotype rather than haplotypes will only find FPs imo. I'll take a look, but I just have a hard time intuiting how epistasis could act across haplotypes locally. Never say never I guess

We are watching in real time who some scientists are willing to sacrifice in favor of access to funding: early career researchers, trainees, scientists from historically excluded groups and immigrants.
