I recognise it’s not anyone’s fault it was crowded other than the train company’s. But I felt invisible to two younger Chelsea fans & that’s why we must spread the message through sport because it can be a powerful medium. I refuse to be invisible & so must you.

I had to use my stick to stay upright & balanced for an hour. Those lads plainly saw I had a stick, even a seat part way would’ve been a nice gesture. That’s how selfish folk can be when able bodied. Today I’m in pain. Course I am, I knew I would be.
