The sun is rising earlier. Winter is coming to an end. We've got this.

The ADHD urge to always have the drink trifecta....caffeine, hydration, and fun. What about the secret fourth beverage....one for health.

Also, I got a bag 'o limes from my daughter, so I attempted ho-made dairy free coconut lime ice cream. I would add less sweetner next time, but it must not be that bad as I stand in the kitchen eating it out of the container.

I found this high protein (32 grams) low carb, instant ramen. Straight out of the package, it's gross and the taste resembles cardboard. But doctored up, it is fabulous!

New double cat carrier for a vet appointment for the win! Nigel and Juniper got a clean bill of health. Nigel was grumpy about the whole thing, per usual. The new vet called him a "sassy boy." 😹😹😹😹
