Having now listened to the whole album, I am now desperate to locate a vinyl copy. There don't appear to be any anywhere apart from yours. It's like a jetlagged Wilco playing half remembered 70s Beach Boys tracks. Stunning.

The Kingsbury Manx - Ascenseur Ouvert! View credits, reviews, tracks and shop for the 2009 Vinyl release of "Ascenseur Ouvert!" on Discogs.

Anyway, if you ever see a vinyl copy of this, grab it. it's one of those albums that never appears on Discogs so the median price is deceptively low. www.discogs.com/release/2119...
