Much dementia care is good or excellent, but there is an issue, undoubtedly, with care homes being under-resourced and under-staffed. Which makes the ending of the social care visa system a baffling development.

Having just read Wide Sargasso Sea, I am re-reading Jane Eyre for the first time in 30+ years. Slightly more ponderous prose than I remembered.
