Det er ingen som _behøver_ å kjøpe egen bolig, men det er en gunstig spareform for de som har råd (eller har foreldre som har råd).

Kostnadene har (historisk) vært relativt like med å leie, men du får med deg verdistigningen og kan pensjonerer deg med en nedbetalt bolig.
