From the other side of hope, I’m excited to share that my poem has once again been listed as a finalist for this year’s Rhysling Award.

For the 5th time in 3 consecutive years, my works have been nominated for both Rhysling and Ignyte Awards🤭🥰

The cover for Uncanny Magazine Issue 61, “Queen of Seven Kingdoms” by Julie Dillon: a queen sits on her throne in the center facing the reader with a smile, wearing a crown with a golden crescent and a pink-purple dress. She is surrounded and being cuddled by seven men of a wide variety of skin tones and hair color, all shirtless and with toned bodies. They also wear simple coronet bands, and the quote says, "ORION: I met the Admiral of the Ocean Sea at a wedding. I’m not going to say his name. Not here. Not yet. Macbeth doesn’t really show up for every new staging of the Scottish Play, but the Admiral is always listening and hungry for praise. I come to bury him instead."

The cover for Uncanny Magazine Issue 57, “Forever Traveler” by Antonio Javier Caparo: In the background, a sky of a light purple color with clouds has a flock of white birds flying by. A tall, majestic tree stands in the middle, trunk thick and illuminated by the sun. A bald man in an astronaut's suit is sitting with his legs crossed and eyes closed. He looks like he is meditating; on his right side, his helmet rests on the ground, and the quote says, "My stitches laddered their way up the split seam, in and out one side, across, and then in and out the other. When you pulled the thread through, if you had done the job right, it closed the seam like it had never been torn at all."
