Yesterday I did a thing... I sent an adoption request for a kitten to a shelter and now I´m... Nervous because it can take them 2 weeks to answer and that is if they do answer (they warn about that in the welcome email). Release the kittyyyyyyyy xDDDD

Yo no soy capaz de salir de casa cuando tengo un episodio, así que yo salto y movilizo todo el cuerpo.
A mi me cambia el chip.

Claro!
La idea es que la ansiedad activa la respuesta de "huída" de nuestro cuerpo (cuando no es ansiedad paralizante) así que es bueno dejarlo salir.
Hacer algo muy activo como estar en casa y ponerse a dar saltos muy rápido. O mejor, salir de casa y caminar súper rápido o echarte unas carreritas.
