You don't block from scraping. There's no way to do so. You can only kindly ask not to scrape. And tech giants don't give a **** about what you ask for.

I am retired but I still do GIS consulting at home with QGIS. I got a client to start using QGIS instead of ESRI too. Once you use QGIS for desktop GIS work and see how good and bug-free it is compared to ArcGIS there is no going back. I can't speak for web GIS work. I contribute to QGIS. #GISchat
