The winds around here were pretty epic today, and I had killer #kitesurfing session! It was also ~70F degrees in the Midwest. Tonight, it will drop to 16F, not including wind chill. While I had fun, it also boggles the mind to think that people still refuse to see that the #climate it changing.

There’s a lot of cloud tech out there that’s useful. But few are what I would describe as “fun.”

@grafana.bsky.social is the shining exception to that rule. I am often thinking of more ways I can try to use it, just because dashboard creation is so much fun.

I swear, the marketing department for #deltek need to be teaching master classes on enterprise sales, because I am utterly baffled at how they are able to sell that steaming-pile-of-dog-shit "timekeeping" software to so many large companies.

Like, seriously, how?? It fails at every level of UX.
