It just sucks when you realize how shady most big companies are with their practices. How they exploit or even purposely target certain communities or people. It’s an impossible minefield trying to purchase ethically these days.

This is obviously an insignificant bummer in the grand scheme of things: I have a Meta Quest 3 - great product. I was planning to buy the new Batman game which by all accounts is fantastic. Now, I can’t stand the thought of giving Zuckerberg more money. A tiny joy I was looking forward to :-(

There is limited opportunity to move to another company or job if you can find one, but you don’t get a lot of time to do it, and it has to be in a comparable role. Until you get a green card, your presence in the US is largely at the whim of your employer and the government.

If it’s warm I’ll put them outside. If it’s cold they can stay, but I’ll move them to a corner where the cats won’t find them. If a cat finds them it’s poor spider.

Ahhh! I own the Ubisoft connect version, so that’s definitely a difference. I’m so bummed it just stopped working, I’m going home for the holidays soon and I’d rather not take a gaming laptop with me. I’ll keep trying, but it’s been a good few days now since it’s worked for me :-(

Have you tried Star Wars Outlaws on GeForce Now? It was working for me before, but the last few days the game just won’t load. It lets me select a save to load, then just sits with the outlaws logo in the bottom left forever :-(
