I've never used Oxy, but I had something similar after a surgery a couple of decades ago. That knocked me out completely! I use a much lower dose of Tramadol for arthritis pain and migraines, and it works well for me. Low enough dose to not have dependancy or withdrawal issues....

I was gonna say the same thing; Tylenol shouldn't mess with your gut biome. It's one of the few pain killers I can tolerate. You could ask for a low dose of Tramadol, if you're ok with opiates. A low dose won't cause any dependence issues. Glad to hear the probiotics are working! Stay on them!

Same. It's a bummer, Lomo 800 was always my go-to budget film. I use it a lot more sparingly now😆

Or even better: Blur AND high iso😁 I don't mean unsharp images, I just like a bit of motion blur in moving subjects. Completely agree about high iso, I've always been very fond of grain/noise.

Bummer🙁 I have a long and complicated history of gastric issues, and the only probiotic that ever really helped me is a UK made drink called Symprove. It's by far the best stuff I've come across for aiding your gut biome. Probably expensive to ship to US, but worth it if nothing else works!

I know, Lomo 400 has very strong reds. I like that film, but I haven’t shot it in a while. It’s gotten so expensive over here.
