Black and white photograph of a little, mostly black cat, sitting on a bed with lighter sheets, which creates a nice contrast. The kitty has light eyes, and little lighter spots around her mouth / jaws, and on her paws. This does not add visual context, but she's the absolute best and a literal angel with the kindest heart.

I was forced to admit that FED-2d's rangefinder is useless on all but near-perfect lighting conditions. I had to resort to zone-focusing most of the time today 😣

So it is -1 for FED-2d, +1 for rangefinderless Zarya 😁

Kiev's have much better rangefinder...

I've never bothered to learn the science behind *good* flash photography. Most flash photos suck anyway.

I more or less remembered which setting I used for each frame (2 shots of same subject with both 100 and 400, and so on).
The real reason was ~2 stops underexposure. I shouldn't have trusted that old selenium exposure meter... It was accurate-ish a few years back, but obviously not anymore.
