Badenoch kept quiet when Tory councillors defected en masse to Reform in time for the May 2025 local elections.
RW politicians are only interested in maintaining their wealth and their power.
Reform UK Worcestershire’s first council cabinet meeting lasts 20 minutes.
Chaos.

As I understand it, the BBC says it bases its Question Time line-up on the results of the last election.
So how come there was a Deform Ltd person on the panel in St Andrews, Fife, last night when they have no MSPs?
The Greens have 7 and the Lib Dems 5. Neither were represented.

#Mcsweeney killing the #Labour party with his ineptitude.
Why didn't Labour have a concrete plan in place from the get-go so that they could hit the ground running and launch a flood of reformative legislation?

Understandably bad workers but bio ethanol isn't a good thing, You're using food/farming resources to make the fuel & ethanol is about 30% less efficient than petrol, though the carbon emissions are lower the petrol it's nowhere near as low as an EV, especially if the energy comes from renewables.

Nuclear weapons are a waste of money, they only benefit the profit takers and their use would see the end of humanity.
There is no defence, they are a fallacy of military doctrine, so creating more, buying more just invites more war pigs to the trough.

This letter appeared in The Yorkshire Post on 19 June 2025. Jas Olak, Vice Chair of Leeds for Europe, argues that the UK could become a member again of the European Union much sooner than some supporters may fear. Readers can help make that happen by joining a local branch of the European Movement UK and taking part in public demonstrations in favour of rejoining the EU.
Cheer up, says Vice Chair @jazz072.bsky.social in the @yorkshirepost.co.uk. We might be back in the EU sooner than some fear. Help make #RejoinEU happen by being active in Leeds for Europe - or another @europeanmovement.co.uk branch - & join demos such as Saturday 18 October's @marchforrejoin.co.uk

As a widely travelled southerner living in the north the difference between those areas with and without tends to be much lower levels of investment in the cultural life of the community.

The UK government’s final chance to act is NOW.
Laila Soueif is at death’s door after 242 days on hunger strike — demanding freedom for her son Alaa Abd el-Fattah, a British-Egyptian activist unjustly imprisoned in Egypt for years.
The clock has run out. Free Alaa. Save Laila.
Labour needs to be bold & progressive in its tax & spend policy.

No doubt some wag has told him this sort of thing will help his career in Reform when he jumps.
On far-right and bot filled outreach programmes like Twitter/X, TicToc and Facebook it probably will.

But Reform have made headway where they needed to. Cummings and co and all the foreign money has done what was required.
Next, like their council counterparts, Tory MPs will jump ship close to the GE.
So now is the time to fight them with bold socialist policies.
