In the meanwhile Windows 11's latest update, an OS managed by Microsoft whom loves to claim their employees are in large chunk now AI, has a bug where closing Task Manager doesn't actually close it but instead brings it back as a background process, so you can have 5 open at a time.

The programers at work stopped using ai in their code and literally everything started working better
