Hello BlueSky. I rarely look here and never post… but I guess it’s time for a #selfsatisfiedweightlossupdate (I did these on the Other Place in 2011/12)…

I am now 12 stone 12.9lb, down 7 stone 1.5lb from May 12th last year.
