Mal ein Kickstarter aus der richtig-abgefahrene-ideen Abteilung: Pi auf dem Mond. Für 11 Pfund (~15€) wird der eigene Name, als ein paar Elektronen in einem Speicher, auf den Mond verfrachtet. Schon finanziert, läuft aber noch 9 Tage für Kurzentschlossene.

Im Schaufenster des Computeums ist eine Art Tastaturcomputer zu sehen. Links neben der Tastatur ist ein Telephonhörer in einer Halterung. Oberhalb der Tastatur ist ein Micro-Kassetten-Laufwerk und rechts davon ein winziger, schwenkbarer Röhrenmonitor. Das Design ist sehr kantig, wie aus einem SF-Film der 70er, insgesamt keilförmig wie ein DeLorean. Würde perfekt in die Ausstattung der Serie UFO passen. Dahinter steht die original Schachtel sowie daneben eine Tafel mit einer Beschreibung.

In unserem Schaufenster steht wieder was Neues:

Thinking of it, it could be helpful to get another one, maybe in higher resolution with one of todays cameras. Would that be possible?

Jup. It was the best resolution I could find. I kept all details, only worked a bit around the spaces where the light bulbs shine thru. So all scratches as well as the sticker is there. Though it looking better that way. Josef also made a cleaned up version, but we didn't produced that.

3 AVR were made to replace the original chips. Right now they just do some random blinking, modifiable by the switches. Next step will be connecting them and add a host system with some kind of useful/responsive software or emulation.

Quite a relief to finally have put that to work again :))
