Yeah I could get an NTSC VHS tape transferred just fine + have done it before, but our company doesn't do PAL and the volunteer transfer collective I'm a part of is unsure whether they still have their deck that can read PAL. I'm hoping to find a NE USA solution but will consider sending back to EU
