I remember when some our mutuals thought he was one of the good ones. He’s never been good, he just hid it better than others.

I finished teaching my class on Texas trial and appellate procedure.

It's such a privilege to get to talk at these young(er) folks for three months and share some of what I love about my job with them. I hope they think of at least one or two of my stories one day facing a tough issue.

I was getting into it with someone at a doctor's office and when I realized I was getting too heated I gave myself a ten count, apologized, admitted the anger was mostly due to other things, and started over.

The guy was like "therapy's working, huh?" and we both cracked up.

Been looking at some things in the Epstein emails and came across him saying this to some unknown person: "There may be a video of kasshohgi [sic]. If so game over." Later, he called it "a video of them making Saudi sausage." They surmised that a video would make MBS a pariah.

Note for Democratic politicians: you don't have to start your condemnations of ICE raids with "We all want to catch violent criminals, but..." Just say "These raids have nothing to do with catching criminals and everything to do with terrorizing innocent minority groups."
