We’ve all seen the images. ICE and CBP agents have terrorized communities and murdered Americans with impunity. The Maryland House Judiciary Committee recently voted out HB 444 that would bar local law enforcement from entering into 287(g) agreements with federal immigration agents.

The safest place to be in America right now is in the Epstein files.

You won’t be investigated, indicted nor snatched off the street by masked federal agents despite committing horrible crimes against children.

The U.S. government has a horrible record of regime change in Latin America and across the world. This is clearly an attempt to control Venezuela’s resources for the benefit of Trump’s donors. Any suggestion that the U.S. “will run” another country is ludicrous and imperialist. Congress needs to rein in this administration or we will find ourselves in another protracted conflict that Americans do not want. My solidarity is with the Venezuelan people and their right to self determination.

EPA moves to end climate regulation under Clean Air Act The agency proposal would rescind the landmark “endangerment finding,” which says that greenhouse gases are a threat to public health.

It is hard to overstate the scale of irresponsibility this is. Climate change is an existent threat and we’ll all pay for Republicans rejection of reality.
