Ah, okay. I grew up with Scotties, but Cairns are wonderful dogs, too. I’ve always had a soft spot for terriers. 😊

That’s a whole other issue. My biggest fight was getting my autistic son any kind of support after he left the school system. People who think SpEd programs suck have no idea about the huge void in adult services that’s bulldozing towards them.

SPED made the difference between my son being institutionalized for his entire life, and being able to live a semi-normal life and holding a part time job. We were in a good district in a good state (MA) and I still had to fight tooth and nail for that to happen. SPED parents are the toughest.

That’s what I wonder about. I know so many people who firmly believe they are on the right side of history, even though to me it’s obvious that they aren’t. I wonder if they’ll ever see Trump and his regime for what it really is.

I’ll admit that when I saw the suspect with his American flag shirt, I wondered if Kirt had made enemies on the right. I also wonder if the administration will go silent if this turns out to be the case.

My dog didn’t speak to me for a week when I got her a dog. Wouldn’t play with me, let me pet her, the works. They eventually became best friends, but my Prima Donna definitely had big sulks at first that she wasn’t the one and only any more. 😁

When I had my dogs vaccinated at Petco, they had me bring them into the main store and just had a little booth set up in one of the corridors. Absolutely you’re going to find dogs in pet stores!
